Crazy Times

In this crazy times, I am not shocked at much anymore, and what a sad statement on life that is. Now some liberals may say that this is enlightenment, me, I say it is sad.

How is it that when we desensitize ourselves it is enlightenment. When we remove the vale of decency or modesty it’s enlightenment? Why is it that in order to “move on” to “grow” we must abandon morals?

We live in a day and age where traditional values are scoffed at, and in some circles hated and the holed of those values persecuted. The age of enlightenment seems to be to be more an age of darkness and terrene. Under the flag of acceptance and tolerance we have ushered in an age of intolerance for differing points of views, if they do not stack up to what the “enlightened” view as acceptable.

It seems to me that the more “tolerant” we get the less Tolerant we are, why is that?

Example: If “Pro Choice” people are truly all about choice, why is it they feel a need to “force” me to pay for  something I do not “choose”? It would seem to me that if someone was pro choice they would be in favor of allowing each state to choose weather or not they want abortion legal or not in there state. But by me making this statement the “tolerant” “enlightened”few will persecute me and claim that I an the one who is being intolerant.

Silly really, if you look at it from a logical point of view. I the pro life person, who thinks the law of the land should be left up to the people, allowing them to vote and voice there opinions is being called intolerant. I  who would be happy to publicly debate the issue and not have a higher court enforce it’s “liberal” view on me, I who will trust in the system and the people of this great nation, not needing the federal government to dictate my views, am called closed minded and intolerant of others. 

Odd how that all works out, don’t you think.

We have allowed the ourselves to become lethargic in our thinking, we have allowed the “powers that be” do our thinking for us. We are creating a nation of followers and not a nation of leaders. You want to get out of this current economic and moral mess we are in? You want to create a nation that you would be proud to bring a new life in to, that we need to get back to being a nation of leaders, a nation that is shocked by in moralities, a nation the is truly "Enlightened” by God and a nation that is flowing with His graces.

Stop and think about that for a second or two, how did we get were we are today? Were did we go off track?

Now I know that there are Liberals reading this blog and saying to themselves, “We are not off track, just because you don’t believe in something…..” and to them I say “Hogwash!” when did murder become ok, when did forcing your point of view become ok? When did tolerance become abandoning my beliefs? When did acceptance become agreeing?

Hogwash!

The Liberal enlightened pro-choice anti-moralist movement is a movement away from free thinking and freedom in general. It is HOGWASH!

Now that I am sure I have upset a few and made others think, I will end my blog…
