In God Time…

In time God will reveal him plan to us all, the problem is, God’s time is different then ours. To God a thousand years is like a second and a second is a thousand years. This can cause a little issue here on earth. We humans like things to be on our schedules, or at least on one we can understand. But God, well he likes to do things his way, and on his time.

Now dogs also have there own time going on, to them one second is the same as ten thousand, they miss you just the same.

Time is funny, ever notice that when you are going somewhere new, it seems to take forever, but on the way home, it moves faster? Time is a very human experience, one that we have to deal with all the time.

We get frustrated with God, because we ask Him for some help, and it always seems that God takes his time. We want it not, and God responds when he wants, not when we want. Time is in his hands not ours.

Well maybe that’s because we all look at time the wrong way, we see it as something to be concerned about, maybe its not, maybe we make to much of time.

Maybe we let time control us, and really it should be the other way, we control time. This may be what God is trying to tell us, not to concern ourselves with it, He has it all under control. If I do recall there is a bible passage about that, something about do not concern yourselves with it, God provided for the birds, He will provide for you.

Do you think the birds are saying, “What time is it? Do God give us our food yet?” No, I am sure they are not, rather they are relaying on Gods timing. We could learn from them.

God work how God sees fit, not how we see fit, our time is not his… We have all heard this, and when its not effecting us, we all have said it, what we need to do is to learn to live it.

That is harder then almost anything we are asked to do, we are an impassioned people, we expect and want everything in this moment, rather then in Gods moment.

We need to learn to live in God Moments and not Man Moments (or Woman Moments). We need to allow God to work in us, not for us. God is not on our time clock, we can not schedule him in to our day planner, we need to learn to live in God time, and when we do, everything will happen on time, the way God wants it to!

About Paul Sposite

Paul Sposite - Life Coach I began my career as an instructor. As an instructor there are two basic requirements. You have to know yourself, so you know where you’re drawing your inspiration from. And you have to actively listen to the others, and then respond to the subtext of what they are saying. In learning about myself I started to focus a lot on my students, how they learned, what questions they were asking and how I could best modify my methods to best serve them. I believe that if you use your real life problems/issues as insights to the issues you need to heal, you’ll grow. From my experience in the classroom, creating curriculum and material to support my training, I developed an interest in how people process information. This interest turned into my interest in Life Coaching.
