God Calls

Easter is coming! It is almost here, are you ready? Lent is a time to prepair for Easter, a time of purification. Have you prepared?

I don’t think any of us can truly be perspired for such an awesome event. We are just human, we are weak, and broken. How can we be ready?

We all do what we can, we give up and suffer (well not really, we all can do with out the candy bar or pop) we all try do get more spiritual, and we all try to give more to others. But really how much can we do?

We are human, broken and sinners…

But God calls us, he called us by name, he calls us home, are we ready?

No we are not, and we never will be. Even the saints where not ready, none of us are. So why bother?

We bother, we try, because we are called. We are called to Holiness, we are called to perfection, we are called to the Lord, and we answer that call the best we can.

We look at the world around us, and it can be over whelming, but we are still called. We look at our family and see dysfunction, but we are still called, we look at ourselves, and see a broken person, but we are still called.

When God announced the coming of Jesus, he announced it to the lowest of the low, the Shepard’s. He called the outcast to Jesus.

When God showed himself, he showed himself to Moses, a Shepard, he called a no-body.

We are called, I am Called and you are called, we all are called, how do we respond?

About Paul Sposite

Paul Sposite - Life Coach I began my career as an instructor. As an instructor there are two basic requirements. You have to know yourself, so you know where you’re drawing your inspiration from. And you have to actively listen to the others, and then respond to the subtext of what they are saying. In learning about myself I started to focus a lot on my students, how they learned, what questions they were asking and how I could best modify my methods to best serve them. I believe that if you use your real life problems/issues as insights to the issues you need to heal, you’ll grow. From my experience in the classroom, creating curriculum and material to support my training, I developed an interest in how people process information. This interest turned into my interest in Life Coaching.

we respond because redemption is grace, it is gift. And when faced with such unconditional love for us we change.

  2. Paul Sposite says:

True, but we have to respond, and that is the key, if we do not respond, the gift is not used….
